Technical Support

If you have a Maintenance and Support plan, you can speak with a HotDocs technical support representative by calling (800) 828-8328. Support hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Mountain time, excluding major holidays. Alternatively, you can submit a support request via e-mail at support@hotdocs.com.

Consulting Services

If you need assistance with template development, integration with other applications, older versions* of HotDocs (HotDocs 2006 and below), or if you do not have a Maintenance and Support plan, our Consultants are available on a per-incident fee basis. Please refer to our Services page for more information.

*As of September 1, 2011, troubleshooting for HotDocs 2006 or older will end for customers without a Maintenance and Support plan. Purchase a Maintenance and Support plan by contacting your HotDocs Sales Representative or by calling (800) 500-3627.
