I don’t want to install HotDocs software on all of my users’ workstations. Is there an online version of HotDocs available?
In some cases, your users may be located in several different offices, so installing and supporting HotDocs on each of their workstations may not be practical. Instead, you can move your automated templates to a Web server that is hosting HotDocs Server. Your users can then launch your Web page, request an interview (which will be displayed in the browser), answer the questions in the interview and then submit the answers back to the server where they are used to assemble the document.

What are the technical requirements for setting up HotDocs Server?
HotDocs Server can be installed on Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows XP, or Windows 200 SP4. Additionally, .NET Framework 2.0 must be installed.

How technical do I need to be to install and use HotDocs Server?
The HotDocs Server installation requires someone with technical expertise in server administration. Integrating your web site with HotDocs Server requires someone with web programming experience.
Additional help with installation and implementation is available from HotDocs Professional Services or a HotDocs Certified Independent Consultant (who is certified with HotDocs Server) in your area.

Can I use an existing HotDocs template with HotDocs Server?
Templates you want to make available through the Web must be published for use with HotDocs Server. This publishing process generates the files necessary to display the interview in the Web browser. HotDocs Professional Edition includes a Publishing Wizard to help you generate these files.
