Inside Sales Representative
HotDocs Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. Our company is located at the foot of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains in Lindon, Utah. This is a full-time, office-based position with a competitive salary and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, and 401K. Salary is base ($40 to $60K) plus commission, with a total salary target in the mid $100K range.

Qualifications

Strategic Accounts Director / Business Development Director
Location: Washington DC
HotDocs Corporation is the global leader in document assembly and automation with a leadership in the legal industry, and a growing presence in the banking, government and insurance industries.
We are currently seeking a Business Development Director who has demonstrable success selling into government organizations in North America with a strong preference for sales success within the U.S. Federal Government.
This Business Development Director deploys solution selling techniques to grow and expand the Government vertical. This position will have direct sales responsibilities for selling HotDocs offerings directly to the Federal, State, and Local Government.
The successful candidate will be able to make highly effective presentations on the offerings to executive decision makers and identify prospect needs for the sale of Government offerings. The individual must be knowledgeable about IT issues in Government; have relationships with Government IT organizations; have an understanding of IT vendors serving the Government; be able to research and develop winning relationships with potential clients. This role will include a combination of individual work and team selling.
You will have a complete knowledge and understanding of the sales lifecycle and follow it to effectively acquire new clients and meet individual and company sales objectives. You will have a successful track record and be a motivated self-starter with a can do attitude to succeed in this sales role. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, show initiative and demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as be creative and entrepreneurial in your approach to work. Experience in, or knowledge of the complex solutions selling is a plus.
Role Structure:
Our Business Development Director role is based within our Sales Department and reports to the VP of Business Development. The Sales department is the revenue engine for HotDocs, and is made up of New Business Development, Strategic Accounts and Account Management. We are a global team.
Role Responsibility:
•Win new customers from incoming leads and prospecting large target accounts
•Qualify leads, respond to RFP’s, establish client relationships, and solicit business via phone and in the field
•Focus on and manage new business development to generate and qualify leads and respond to customer inquiries
•Attention to detail when capturing and exploring new sales opportunities
•Build, manage and maintain own pipeline
•Manage Strategic Accounts
•Generate increased revenue from existing strategic accounts and large customers
•Use CRM system effectively to develop a database for contacts and activities to drive results

Due to the ever changing nature of our business you will, from time to time, be required to undertake activities of a similar nature that fall within your capabilities as directed by Management.
This role may include U.S. travel to our respective offices and/or customers.
Essential Skills Required:
You will enjoy the selling process, be customer focused, and follow the sales cycle. Sales are closed by developing a full understanding of the customer's business requirements and supplying the suitable solutions. You will be able to work in a high pressured environment and handle a large volume of work.

Software Engineer
HotDocs Corporation, the world leader in document automation technology, is seeking Software Engineers to join our core development team. These are full-time positions that include a competitive salary and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability and 401K. Responsibilities may include:
•Leading development on assigned projects
•Participating in architectural decisions
•Designing and implementing APIs for use by other programmers
•Exercising discipline in testing, writing technical documentation and unit tests
•Diagnosing and resolving problems using deductive reasoning and debugging tools
•Occasionally interfacing with customers to troubleshoot problems
•Staying abreast of new developments within industry areas of expertise
Required skills and experience include:
•BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent technical experience
•Advanced competency in C++ (experience in C# and Java also helpful)
•Significant experience developing multi-threaded software on Microsoft Windows
•Experience with Windows Services, Web Services, network authentication & encryption
•Experience writing COM components and .NET/COM Interop
•Self-motivated with strong leadership skills; excellent analytic and communication skills
