HotDocs Printable Materials

These PDF files are versions of the electronic helps that ship with HotDocs Professional Edition. They can be printed and used as a reference guide while you are away from your computer. Please keep the following in mind as you use these documents:

• You must have Adobe® Reader® to view and print the documents.
• These documents are more or less "flattened out" versions of the the electronic helps that come with HotDocs. This means that hyperlinks in the electronic version are just text in the printable version. You can't jump from a link to its topic--not even in Acrobat Reader. The "tip" style links from the electronic manual have been "expanded" in the printable version. However, some short, pop-up links have not, so a very small amount of supplemental material is missing. These files are provided as a secondary resource -- the electronic helps should continue to be your primary resource for information.
• HotDocs Standard and HotDocs Player users should be aware that these documents were created for HotDocs Professional Edition users. Features described in the documents may not be available in Standard or Player.

Note: With the release of HotDocs 2007, all of the help file topics are contained in one document.

Note: With the release of HotDocs 2006, PDF Advantage help topics were interspersed throughout the different help documents. Therefore, a separate PDF file is not available.
