What do I need to do to remain a HotDocs Certified Independent Consultant? To maintain status as a CIC in good standing, certification is required within one numbered version of the current shipping product of HotDocs. Generally, the CIC must return to a CIC Training Center every other version or two years, whichever comes first.

Will customers be able to locate my information at the HotDocs web site? Yes, your web site listing will be available to all customers. Click here to see all CIC web listings.

How do I get my information at HotDocs.com updated when something changes? Go to the CIC Login page and enter your CIC ID and password. Then select "Edit Profile" to make any adjustments.

What do I need to do to get my information visible in more than one state? In order to have your business profile displayed in more than one state, you must maintain a business relationship with five or more clients in that location.
