If you’re a current HotDocs customer, you may take advantage of our Business Solution Reviews designed to evaluate the effectiveness of your HotDocs applications and identify opportunities to improve your business processes. Each review includes a strategic planning session, a review of your current applications (not just HotDocs), an assessment of technical requirements, and an analysis of training needs. HotDocs Consultants will interview your key personnel to determine your specific document automation or system requirements. They will conduct an extensive evaluation of existing applications and analyze your business processes, workflow, and technical requirements. They wrap it all up with a summary of recommendations to address desired modifications or enhancements and help you continue getting the most out of HotDocs.
