HotDocs Announces Integration With ActionStep Legal Software

September 23, 2013, HotDocs

Market-leading document generation software firm, HotDocs, today announced the integration of HotDocs Cloud Services with cloud-based law practice management software, Actionstep.  After the recent launch of HotDocs cloud-based document generation platform, Actionstep has become the first practice management software vendor of its kind to offer integration with HotDocs Cloud Services.

HotDocs’ pioneering document generation technology provides intelligent interview templates that guide the user through document creation.  Actionstep is a comprehensive, web-based legal practice management solution that helps law professionals manage their practice by providing critical tools such as workflow, email, calendar, reporting, time tracking, billing and invoicing.

Ted Jordan, CEO of Actionstep, said:  “Our aim is to simplify practice management by providing a truly flexible and comprehensive all-in-one solution.  HotDocs and ActionStep are a natural fit and, together, provide our clients with a seamless and powerful document generation solution.”

Bryan Bailey, Director of SaaS Products for HotDocs, commented:  “HotDocs has been working specifically to enable integration of our market leading product into a range of other business process management applications.  Partnering with Actionstep offers a one-stop-shop for law firms, enabling them to cut costs, reduce risk and create efficiency by bringing legal document production right in to their practice management solution.”

Actionstep will offer the HotDocs integration plug-in to its customers at a nominal monthly fee, in addition to its monthly software subscription.
