HotDocs Announces Partnership with Copyrite

June 29, 2015, HotDocs

HotDocs, the global leader in document automation, is pleased to announce a new partnership with total document solutions provider, Copyrite.

Partnering with HotDocs gives companies the ability to offer their clients the most powerful document automation software available, either as a standalone system or as part of a wider business process tool, such as BPM or document management.  For end users, HotDocs enables the transformation of frequently used documents or PDF forms into dynamic templates that facilitate custom document creation in a fraction of the time, at a fraction of the cost, of traditional methods.

Lois McLuckie, Senior Marketing Manager at HotDocs, said:  “The HotDocs partner channel is expanding fast and our technology is becoming ever more accessible as a result.  We are delighted to announce our latest partnership with Copyrite and we are looking forward to a successful working relationship.”

Founded in 1993, Copyrite provides ‘Total Document Technology’ to more than 2,000 customers across the UK.  Whilst printing, copying, scanning and managed print solutions remain at the core of Copyrite’s business, the company has developed their services in line with changes in technology to encompass larger business document solutions in the areas of IT, web services and business process optimisation.

Ben Summerfield, Director at Copyrite, commented:  “As a company, we made a strategic decision to adopt HotDocs’ solution in order to provide a better service to our customers. One of the fastest ways we can show a good ROI and help to streamline customer document workflows is to automate business processes that normally require considerable manual intervention. In HotDocs' product portfolio, we believe we have identified a system flexible enough for us to provide a solution for any document generation requirements."

With more than 1,000,000 users in 7,000 companies across 50 different countries,
