HotDocs Group Reports Rapid Growth

Lindon, UT / Edinburgh, Scotland (PRWEB) September 08, 2011 –The HotDocs Group, (HotDocs Ltd and HotDocs Corporation), today announced that estimated gross revenue for the HotDocs business increased by 45% over the previous year, while net profit remained strong.

Capsoft UK, the largest independent distributor of HotDocs software, acquired the core HotDocs business from LexisNexis in November of 2009. Since then, Capsoft UK, located in Edinburgh, Scotland, has been renamed HotDocs, Ltd and the business unit acquired from LexisNexis is now called HotDocs Corporation. “The HotDocs Group has a strong base of yearly recurring revenue from many of the world’s largest commercial enterprises and government agencies,” commented Russell Shepherd, CEO for both HotDocs companies, “and has achieved excellent growth in the past year in software sales to new accounts across multiple vertical markets.”

The HotDocs software suite includes a development engine (designed to allow businesses and government agencies alike to transform standard word processing documents and graphical forms into powerful software programs called templates) and various end-user technologies, including HotDocs Server, the company’s solution for cloud-based deployment of HotDocs templates. “The future for HotDocs products looks very bright,” added Shepherd. “With new versions of the core technology as well as powerful new cloud-based solutions slated for 2012, we expect even stronger growth in the coming year.”
