Dave Lampert Appointed President of HotDocs US

Former CEO of Wolters Kluwer Asia Pacific brings twenty years of leadership experience in legal and corporate markets to the new role with HotDocs.

Lindon, UT and Edinburgh, Scotland—July 21, 2014 – HotDocs, the market leader in document generation software, announced today that it has appointed Dave Lampert as the President of its US Division. Lampert is tasked with building on the company’s previous successes and driving growth in its cloud offerings, including HotDocs Cloud Services, a hosted document-generation platform, Document Services, a SaaS application designed for small-to-medium-sized law offices, and HotDocs Market, the soon to be released marketplace for HotDocs-based legal documents. Lampert’s appointment was effective on July 16th, 2014.

Much of Lampert’s earlier career was spent at Wolters Kluwer, the Dutch-listed global information and software provider and CCH, a Wolters Kluwer subsidiary. Among Lampert’s achievements were the creation of CT CORSEARCH, the industry-leading, trademark searching, software, and services company, and the launch of CORSEARCH Advantage, a web-based trademark workflow tool for intellectual property professionals. Later, as CEO of Wolters Kluwer, Asia Pacific, Lampert led a team of 500+ personnel in seven countries and spearheaded the transformation of business from content to software and solutions.
