HotDocs 10 Named One of the Top 15 Legal Technology Products of 2010

Lindon, Utah and Edinburgh, Scotland- January 31, 2011-HotDocs Corporation, the global leader in document automation and assembly technology, today announced that HotDocs 10, the latest release of its award-winning software suite, was named as one of the Top 15 products of 2010 by TechnoLawyer NewsWire. The newsletter reports on 250 new technologies for lawyers each year. The Top 15, which included the Apple® iPad® and Toshiba® Libretto® W100, was determined according to the interest level of readers when the products were reviewed by TechnoLawyer.

“HotDocs has long been a legal industry standard,” stated Leonard DuCharme, the company’s Marketing VP. “But our latest release, HotDocs 10, takes automated document generation to a whole new level. We’re honored that TechnoLawyer and its readers have continued to show their support for and interest in HotDocs.”

HotDocs 10 is a software suite that significantly reduces time spent generating custom documents, such as contracts, sales proposals, government and court forms, and legal documents. With HotDocs 10, users can transform any word processor file or PDF form into an interactive, rule-based template. HotDocs templates produce custom, transaction-ready documents from a question-and-answer interview and can be deployed on the desktop or the web.

HotDocs 10 was reviewed by TechnoLawyer NewsWire in June 2010. In July 2010, document assembly expert Marc Lauritsen reviewed it in TechnoLawyer’s TechnoFeature newsletter, rating HotDocs 10 a TechnoScore of 5 out of 5.
