HotDocs and Document Agility Announce Partnership
Lindon, UT; Edinburgh, Scotland; and Lake Mary, FL – Jan 27, 2014 – HotDocs, the market leader in document generation, and Document Agility, an enterprise-class document processing platform, today announced a new partnership designed to facilitate complex document generation within Document Agility’s contract management and workflow system.
Document Agility’s cloud-based document processing platform utilizes HotDocs Cloud Services—a hosted document generation platform that enables third parties, such as Document Agility, to embed HotDocs interviews into web pages and business applications. With HotDocs as its document creation engine, Document Agility blends document assembly with collaboration and workflow tools, sophisticated template management, history tracking, and data usage capabilities.

Document Agility’s workflow tools keep the document creation process organized. In addition, data entered into HotDocs interviews can easily be used to trigger actions with a built-in workflow rules system and to create reports with a built-in report module.
