HotDocs Document Services Now Available in Canada and Latin America

Lindon, Utah and Edinburgh, Scotland- April 09, 2012HotDocs Corporation, the global leader in document automation technology, today announced that its newest, cloud-based SaaS product, HotDocs Document Services, is now available in Canada and throughout Latin America. HotDocs Document Services, which was released in the United States in February 2012, paves the way for law firms and other businesses to migrate their desktop-based document automation systems to any of the major Internet browser applications.

“Among the many advantages of Document Services,” commented Richard Keyt, Founding Partner of KEYTLaw, LLC, an Arizona-based firm that practices Estate Planning and Real Estate law, “is that it eliminates the need for installation and maintenance of software on individual computers. And Document Services is easy for our attorneys and staff to use.”

Headlining the Document Services feature list is Client Interviews, the ability for businesses to email interactive HotDocs interviews directly to clients. Alternatively, a law firm or business can embed HotDocs interviews directly in their web pages. “This incredible feature,” added Keyt, “is saving us a tremendous amount of staff data input time because our clients are doing the bulk of the data input that we use to assemble their legal documents.”

“HotDocs Document Services is a globally relevant product,” commented Leonard DuCharme, Chief Strategy Officer for HotDocs Corporation, “offering the same powerful value proposition to law firms, corporations, and government agencies of all sizes: better documents, quicker and for less expense. Document Services is a game changer, and we’re already seeing third-party software developers, content publishers, member benefit organizations, and other types of entities developing deep integrations with this exciting new technology.”
